About me

She is Nadya Gangotena from Ecuador. To pursue her higher education, Nadya decided to study in a different country. Here she is, with a B.S in International Business and Management from The University of Tampa. Along her journey, she had the opportunity to get an on campus job for her senior year of college as an Enrollment Telecounselor. She acquired communication, leadership and customer service skills. Hence, these skills helped her a lot on her first job as an Inside Sales Representative at IGas Inc. where they focus in the sale of refrigerants around the U.S. She has been developing real business experiences since 2018. In the present day, she resides in Tampa, Florida and  her priority is to focus in her M.S in Instructional Design and Technology. She is open to professional opportunites that will help her develop as the prosperous business women she wants to become.

Goal Statement

To become an Instructional Design Specialist in the next 5 years. To achieve this, I will develop proficient skills in Project Management, strengthen advanced skills Microsoft Office Applications – Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, etc. I will also develop strong analytical and problem solving skills, and demonstrate leadership when working on individual or group projects.

Creativity and Artistic Talents are two skills I have been growing since I was little. To find ways to engage the audience in the information I am presenting and to think outside the box will help me set aside any prospect competitors.

Communication skills is a big skill for me. I have been working on this since I got into college. First, working as an Enrollment Tele counselor helped me improve the ways I connect with people. Later on, working as a Sales Representative did the final knot. I was able to feel comfortable with clients explaining all inquiries in the most efficient way.

Time management skill is a skill that is needed in any job desired. But, for Instructional Designers this is key. Usually they are working on several projects at once. I love using agendas, calendar, to do lists, etc. This has always helped me feel I am on top of time and complete all my tasks.
